A classic Italian dish that's quick and delicious, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:
- 300 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the bacon or pancetta. Cook until crispy.
3. Add the crushed garlic to the pan and sauté for about a minute until golden brown.
4. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and reserve a little cooking water.
5. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and grated Parmesan cheese. Add a bit of the reserved pasta water to make it creamy.
6. Toss the hot pasta with the bacon and garlic. Remove the pan from heat and quickly add the egg and cheese mixture. Stir well until the pasta is coated and creamy.
7. Season with black pepper and salt if needed. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
