Serving Size: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 1 ready-made pizza crust
- 200 g mussels (fresh or frozen)
- 200 g shrimp (peeled and cooked)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 100 g parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for a moment until the garlic is soft but not browned.
3. Add mussels and shrimp to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the mussels open and the shrimp are warmed through. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Add the mussel and shrimp mixture on top of the crust.
5. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the seafood mixture.
6. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
