Preparation Time: 6-12 months (fermentation and aging)
Serving Size: Approximately 750 ml

Ingredients:

- 1 kg Petit Verdot grapes
- 100 g sugar
- 1/4 tsp wine yeast
- 1/2 tsp potassium tartrate
- 1/4 tsp sulfite (optional)

Instructions:

1. Wash and crush the grapes to extract the juice.
2. Add sugar and yeast to the grape juice and mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a fermentation vessel and seal it tightly.
4. Allow the mixture to ferment at room temperature for 2-4 weeks, until fermentation is complete.
5. Strain the wine into a clean container, and add potassium tartrate and sulfite if using.
6. Bottle the wine and store it in a cool, dark place for at least 6 months before enjoying.
