A rich and decadent chocolate cake that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
4. Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and stir well to combine.
5. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the mixture and gently fold until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is set. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
