This delicious baked salmon dish features tender fillets topped with cherry tomatoes, onions, and a creamy cheese sauce, making it a perfect meal for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 800 g salmon fillets
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 150 g soft cheese (like Koskenlaskia)
- 2 dl cooking cream
- Grated cheese (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish.
3. Cut the onion and cherry tomatoes into wedges and add them on top of the salmon.
4. Crumble the soft cheese over the salmon and vegetables.
5. Pour the cooking cream evenly over the dish.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top to your liking.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
8. Serve with potatoes or a salad on the side.
