A refreshing and creamy dessert that combines the zesty flavor of lemon with the health benefits of matcha tea. Easy to make, it's the perfect treat for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes + 4 hours chilling
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 ml heavy cream - 100 g sugar or brown sugar
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 75 ml fresh lemon juice
- Raspberries for serving
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, measure the heavy cream and sugar. Heat the mixture until just about to boil, ensuring the sugar dissolves completely. 2. Add the matcha powder to the cream mixture and whisk well until the powder is fully incorporated.
3. Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
4. Pour the mixture into four dessert bowls or glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours.
5. Serve chilled, garnished with raspberries.
