Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g flour
- A pinch of salt
- 200 ml cream
- Fresh berries for decoration

Instructions:

1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until the mixture lightens and becomes fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and stir well.
4. Sift in the flour and salt into the batter and gently fold until combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes.
6. Allow to cool for a short while before serving.
7. Whip the cream until soft peaks form and serve alongside the dessert.
8. Decorate with fresh berries before serving.
