A delicious marinated salmon perfect for grilled dishes. The lemon-vinegar brine gives the fish a fresh and delightful flavor. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and serves 4.Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 dl olive oil
- 0.5 dl white wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice and zest, honey, crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place salmon fillets in a tight-sealing container and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the fish is well-coated.
3. Cover the container with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (can marinate longer, up to a few hours).
4. Remove the salmon from the fridge and grill on a hot grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and beautifully golden brown.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh dill.
