Ingredients:
- 300 g olives
- 50 g garlic cloves
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
- Crushed coriander seeds
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the garlic cloves.
2. Crush the coriander seeds.
3. Use a peeler to shave off the yellow zest of the lemon and squeeze the juice into a bowl.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the olives, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and spices.
5. Cover the ingredients with olive oil.
6. Allow the mixture to marinate at room temperature for 24 hours.
