Ingredients:

- 1 jar of pitted green olives
- 2 lemons
- Olive oil
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Drain the olives in a colander and rinse them several times.
2. Wash the glass jar and let it dry.
3. Cut one lemon into small pieces, ensuring each piece contains both peel and flesh.
4. Layer the jar with olives and lemon pieces until full.
5. Juice the other lemon and pour the juice into the jar.
6. Add a pinch of salt and enough olive oil to cover the olives.
7. Place the jar in a dark spot in the kitchen for a few days.
8. Enjoy the lemon-infused olives and store the opened jar in the refrigerator.
