A delicious and crispy cod dish made easy with crackers and almond flakes. Perfect for a weeknight meal that will awaken your taste buds! Preparation Time: 50 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 packet frozen cod
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 crackers, crushed
- 50 g almond flakes
- 1 dl heavy cream
- Fresh dill
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the slightly thawed cod fillets in a baking dish.
3. Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over the fish.
4. Add the crushed crackers and almond flakes on top of the cod.
5. Drizzle the heavy cream evenly over the top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the top is a beautiful golden brown.
7. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
