This delicious baked fish is seasoned with fresh lemon pepper and served with crispy almond flakes. Easy and quick to prepare, perfect for dinner!Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets (e.g., salmon or pike)- Mineral salt to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- 2 dl fish stock or white wine
- 50 g almond flakes
Instructions:
1. Lightly grease a baking dish.2. Place the fish fillets in the dish and season them with mineral salt and lemon pepper.
3. Pour the fish stock or white wine over the fish.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the almond flakes on top of the fish during the last few minutes of baking, allowing them to toast until golden brown.
