Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the chocolate batter until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or top it with whipped cream for extra flair.
