Chocolate Cake (Suklaakakku)

A rich and decadent chocolate cake perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, and salt, and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
