This refreshing mango sorbet is the perfect summer treat that combines sweet mango and zesty lime. Preparation time is just 10 minutes, and it requires only a few hours of freezing.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the mangoes.
2. Blend the mango pieces, lime juice, and lime zest in a blender until smooth.
3. In a saucepan, heat the water and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
4. Mix the cooled sugar water into the mango puree.
5. Add the crushed ice and mix well.
6. Pour the mixture into molds or a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
7. Serve sliced or scooped.
