This creamy spinach pasta is a delicious and quick dish, packed with fresh flavors and perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
4. Pour the cream into the skillet and mix well. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese has melted.
5. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Toss the cooked pasta in with the sauce. If needed, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to achieve your desired consistency.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
