Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain, reserving about 100 ml of the cooking water.
2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a moment longer.
3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
4. Combine the cooked pasta with the bacon and garlic in the pan. Mix well.
5. Remove the pan from heat and add the egg mixture to the pasta, stirring quickly to create a creamy sauce without cooking the eggs. Add a little reserved cooking water if needed.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
