Ingredients:

- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar (optional)
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
3. If desired, add vanilla sugar to the batter.
4. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil.
5. Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes of your desired size. Cook on medium heat until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
6. Serve warm with berries, maple syrup, or whipped cream.
