Ingredients:

- 500 g white fish (e.g., cod or pike)
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 dl milk
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.
2. Prepare three plates: place the flour on one, whisk the eggs with the milk on the second, and put the breadcrumbs on the third.
3. Season the fish with salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
4. Dip the fish pieces first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the fish sticks for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
7. Transfer the cooked fish sticks to a paper towel to drain excess oil.
8. Serve warm, ideally with potatoes and salad.
