These delicious pizza sticks are a perfect way to use leftover pizza dough. They are served with a refreshing pesto dip that makes them even more delightful. Ideal for snacking at gatherings or summer picnics!

Ingredients:

- 250 g pizza dough
- 50 g grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or parmesan)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
Pesto Dip:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Roll out the pizza dough into a thin sheet and cut it into strips, about 1-2 cm wide.
3. Place the dough strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the strips with olive oil and sprinkle grated cheese, oregano, and salt on top.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the sticks are golden brown and crispy.
6. To make the pesto, combine basil leaves, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and salt in a blender. Gradually pour in the olive oil while blending until smooth.
7. Mix the prepared pesto with Greek yogurt and serve as a dip alongside the pizza sticks.
