Ingredients:

- 150 g mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100 g olives, optional
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse the mixed salad greens and dry them thoroughly.
2. Place the salad greens in a large bowl.
3. Add the sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion to the bowl.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad and add the olives if desired.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, seasoning with salt and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
