Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh fish (e.g., perch or pike)
- 200 g potatoes
- 150 g carrots
- 100 g cabbage
- 2 tbsp butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., dill or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes.
2. Add the cabbage and cook for an additional 5 minutes until all vegetables are tender. Drain the water.
3. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Season the fish with salt and pepper, and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish during the last moments of cooking.
5. Serve the fish with the vegetable mixture and garnish with fresh herbs.
