Delicious and spicy sausages, perfect for grilling or frying. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, serving size is for four people.
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground meat
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1-2 tsp chili (to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp dried or grated orange peel
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, egg, and all the spices thoroughly.
2. Shape the mixture into long sausage-like pieces.
3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat.
4. Cook the sausages for about 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
5. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
