A quick and delicious pasta dish that combines creamy eggs and crispy pancetta.

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (such as spaghetti)
- 100 g pancetta or bacon
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh basil (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Cut the pancetta or bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, transfer it to the pan with the pancetta or bacon. Mix well.
5. Remove the pan from heat and quickly add the egg mixture to the pasta, stirring rapidly to lightly cook the eggs with the residual heat.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
