- 3 eggs
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet and cook the bacon or pancetta until crispy. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and reserve a little cooking water.
5. Add the hot pasta to the skillet with bacon and garlic. Remove the skillet from heat.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and quickly toss to combine, ensuring the eggs do not scramble. Add reserved cooking water as needed for a creamy consistency.
