Delicious and beautiful French pastries, perfect for celebrations or coffee breaks. These sweet treats can be made in various flavor and color combinations. Preparation Time: 1 hour (plus 1-2 hours drying time)

Ingredients:
- 200 g powdered sugar - 110 g almond flour
- 3 egg whites
- 30 g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or other flavor (e.g., lemon, berries)
- Food coloring (optional)
- Filling such as chocolate ganache or raspberry jam
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and almond flour. Sift the mixture to ensure it's as fine as possible. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until they start to foam. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue whisking until the mixture is thick and glossy.
3. Add the vanilla extract and any desired food coloring to the egg white mixture. Gently mix to combine.
4. Slowly fold in the almond flour and powdered sugar mixture into the egg whites until the batter is smooth and slightly flowing.
5. Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in round shapes, leaving space between them.
6. Allow the cookies to dry at room temperature for about 1-2 hours, or until the surface is dry.
7. Bake the macarons at 150°C (302°F) for about 15-20 minutes. Let them cool before filling.
8. Fill the cookies with your desired filling and pair them together.
