Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
3. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
4. Pour in the cream and stir well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a bit of the reserved pasta water.
6. Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta and season with salt and black pepper.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
