A delicious plant-based falafel made from Härkis, perfect for a healthy snack or meal.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g Härkistä
- 1 dl cooked corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 dl chickpea flour
- 1/2 dl chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 dl water
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
2. Shape the dough into small balls or patties.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the falafels in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Serve with fresh pita bread, and optionally alongside hummus or baba ghanoush.
