Delicious and juicy patties made with Härkis, a fantastic option for a vegetarian diet! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 patties
Ingredients:
- 250 g Härkis
- 1 dl oats
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried herbs (e.g. thyme or basil)
Instructions:
1. In a blender, process the Härkis until it reaches a smoother consistency.
2. Add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, oats, soy sauce, olive oil, and spices to the Härkis. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1 cm thick.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are beautifully golden brown.
6. Serve the patties with your favorite side dishes.
