Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Wash the Jerusalem artichokes thoroughly and peel them if necessary.
2. Slice the Jerusalem artichokes into thin rounds and sauté them in olive oil until golden brown and tender.
3. Chop the chanterelle mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the pan with the Jerusalem artichokes. Sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add the spruce tips and mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper.
