Ingredients

- 5 dl cooked or fried meat (cut into small cubes)
- 1½ dl chili sauce
- Butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 2-3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package frozen spinach
- 10 potatoes
- White pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- Salt
- 100-150 g smoked ham (cut into small cubes)
- 2 medium onions

Instructions

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Rinse the cubes thoroughly in cold water and dry them.
2. Heat a frying pan and add butter or margarine. Fry the potato cubes until they are golden brown and crispy.
3. Add the chopped onions and continue frying until the onions are soft.
4. Stir in the chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked ham, and frozen spinach. Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes.
5. Finally, add the diced meat and combine all the ingredients. Season with white pepper and salt.
6. Crack the eggs on top of the mixture and cook on low heat until the eggs are done to your liking.
7. Finish the dish with sliced tomatoes and serve immediately.
