This refreshing and delicious plum yogurt is the perfect dessert for busy days. It’s easy to make with ready-made plum puree, and the lemon adds a delightful zest. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Serving size: 4.Ingredients:
- 200 g ready-made plum puree- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, plum puree, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla sugar until well combined.2. Taste and add more sugar if desired.
3. Divide the yogurt mixture into serving dishes and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
4. Allow the yogurt to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
