Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g dried plums (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted butter to the mixture and mix well.
5. Sift the all-purpose flour into the batter and gently fold until combined.
6. Stir in the chopped dried plums until evenly distributed.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
9. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
