A fresh and delicious sashimi dish combining the tenderness of salmon and the crunchiness of vegetables.

Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh salmon fillet
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red radish
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Slice the salmon fillet into thin pieces.
2. Thinly slice the cucumber and radish.
3. In a small bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime or lemon juice to make the dressing.
4. Arrange the salmon slices on a plate and place the cucumber and radish slices beside them.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salmon and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve immediately as a refreshing appetizer.
