A delicious and quick Italian dish that combines pasta, bacon, and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
2. In the meantime, cook the bacon or pancetta in a frying pan until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain excess fat.
3. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot. Add the bacon and the egg mixture to the pasta. Stir quickly to prevent the sauce from clumping.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
