A delicious taco bowl that combines Mexican culture and traditions to celebrate Los Días del Muertos.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 taco bowls
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime juice
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté until soft.
2. Add the crushed garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Add the ground meat to the skillet and brown it. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix in the rinsed black beans and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Spoon the meat mixture into the taco bowls.
6. Top with slices of avocado, diced tomato, and fresh cilantro.
7. Squeeze lime juice on top and serve immediately.
