Delicious and creamy pasta dish made with crispy bacon, eggs, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 100 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Chop the bacon or pancetta and fry it in a pan until crispy.
3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them lightly. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and save a bit of the cooking water.
5. Add the pasta to the pan with the bacon and mix well. Remove the pan from heat.
6. Quickly add the egg mixture to the pasta and stir to combine, ensuring the eggs do not cook too much. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to make it creamier.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
