Serving Size: 2-4 people
Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh salmon - 200 g fresh tuna
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp wasabi
- 1 tbsp mirin (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Fresh ginger
- Thinly sliced radishes (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro or green onion (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Ensure the fish is fresh and intended for sashimi. 2. Slice the salmon and tuna into thin pieces using a sharp knife.
3. Arrange the fish slices beautifully on a plate.
4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and mirin (if using).
5. Serve the sashimi with soy sauce, wasabi, and fresh ginger on the side.
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and garnish with radish and cilantro slices.
