Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 22 cm (9-inch) round cake pan.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate and butter together. Stir until smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
5. Stir in the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set and a thin crust forms on top. The inside should remain slightly moist.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate.
