Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and salt until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate for decoration.
