Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave.
3. Mix the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Stir in the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the top is firm.
