Ingredients:

- 1 tsp baking powder
- Approximately 8 dl all-purpose flour
- 5 dl beef broth
- 500 g ground beef
- 2-3 dl rice
- 250 g margarine or butter
- 5-6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 dl cream
- Grilling seasoning
- Salt
- 1 egg
- 2 dl milk
- Black pepper or mixed pepper
- 2-3 onions

Instructions:

1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, measure the all-purpose flour and add the baking powder. Crumble in the softened margarine or butter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
2. Gradually add the beef broth to the dough and knead until smooth. Allow the dough to rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
3. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
4. In a pan, sauté the ground beef with the chopped onions, seasoning with grilling spices, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooled rice and mix well.
5. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and line a pie dish with it. Pour the meat mixture into the crust.
6. Peel and slice the hard-boiled eggs. Arrange the egg slices over the filling.
7. In a bowl, mix together the cream, milk, and egg. Pour this mixture over the pie.
8. Bake at 200°C (about 400°F) for approximately 45-50 minutes or until the pie is beautifully golden brown.
