A simple and delicious Italian pasta dish made with spaghetti, bacon, and a creamy egg sauce.

Serving size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 g bacon
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from heat.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and reserve a little cooking water.
5. Combine the hot pasta with the bacon in the pan and mix well.
6. Quickly add the egg mixture to the pasta and stir to cook the eggs slightly with the heat of the pasta.
7. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to create a creamy sauce.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
