Ingredients:
- 1 jar of sauerkraut (preferably wine-flavored)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Open the jar of sauerkraut and drain the liquid.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sauerkraut to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until heated through and slightly browned.
4. Season the sauerkraut with salt, black pepper, and sugar, stirring well to combine.
5. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the alcohol evaporates.
6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or dill.
