Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber - 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into small pieces. 2. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and cube the flesh.
3. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
4. In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables and feta cheese.
5. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
