Ingredients:
- 200 g dates, chopped
- 100 g nuts (such as walnuts or almonds), roughly chopped
- 50 g shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
