Ingredients:
- 200 g digestive biscuits - 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 2 dl cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 packet of berries (e.g., strawberries or blueberries)
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and melt the butter. Combine the biscuit crumbs and melted butter.2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish and refrigerate to set.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
4. Whip the cream in another bowl and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Pour the cream cheese filling over the biscuit base and smooth the surface.
6. Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
7. Decorate with berries before serving.
