This delicious and healthy smoothie is the perfect snack or breakfast, easy to prepare. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas - 200 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 250 ml yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt)
- 150 ml milk or plant-based alternative
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and chop them into the blender. 2. Add the blueberries, yogurt, and milk.
3. If using, add the honey and vanilla extract.
4. Add ice cubes if you prefer your smoothie chilled.
5. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
