A delicious and moist chocolate banana cake, perfect for kids and great for birthday parties! Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 12 slices
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 200 ml sugar
- 100 ml melted butter
- 200 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml all-purpose flour
- 100 ml cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Mash the bananas in a bowl and add the sugar, melted butter, milk, and eggs. Mix well.
3. Add the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
5. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until the cake is cooked through (test with a toothpick).
6. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
