Fun and delicious banana pops are the perfect addition to children's parties. These sweet treats are easy to make with kids and disappear quickly from the plate! Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 10 pops
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas - 200 g chocolate (dark or milk)
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp sprinkles or other decorations
- 10 sticks (e.g., ice cream sticks)
Instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half. 2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
3. Dip one end of each banana piece into the melted chocolate and let the excess chocolate drip off.
4. Sprinkle shredded coconut or sprinkles on top of the chocolate coating.
5. Place the banana pops on parchment paper and refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
6. Serve and enjoy!
